Yes, Triskale Agentbot works with nearly all platforms because it's super easy to set up. You just have to add a tiny JavaScript code to your website, and the chatbot will show up on every page.
A chat is the whole conversation between a customer and the AI chatbot (Agentbot) or customer service helper, from the start until the problem is fixed or passed on.
Our AI systems can tell when there isn't enough information to answer the customer. When this happens, it sends a notification to a live human agent. The Triskale Agentbot will exit the conversation once a human responds in the chat.
If a human doesn't respond, the Triskale Agentbot will keep trying to help the customer, but the customer experience might not be as good. The more information the Triskale Agentbot has, the better it can assist, leading to a better customer experience overall.
You won't be charged for chats that are transferred succesfully to a human agent after starting with the Agentbot. These human chats are free. Additionally, test chats—like those you run to check the chat responses—are not billed. Only the chats that are initiated from your website are billed.
